Does Sprout get the chair because Eric is the only one who can see over the bar while standing behind it?

Wow Chet Coppock, you guys have gone big time. Looks like the old man has a hell of a punch. Any info. on when this Mike Lee fights? Might be worth the trip down to South Bend. Is he really that good of a fighter? Frankly after spending countless $$$ on a degree from ND I am not sure that getting into a boxing ring is that good of a return on an investment.
Best ever Bengal Bout I saw was Ken Mcafee V Ross Browner, shook the ACC.

hey guys just wondering if your gonna do a show about the recruits we got and some that we lost…not the best class to ever come to ND (that we know of) but i’m pretty excited about it and what our early guys can show during spring ball…look forward to hearing from yall

@K-zoo, we don’t have the specifics yet on Mike Lee’s fight, but we will pass it along as soon as we get it. It won’t be in South Bend though. It’s in Chicago and then I believe he’s got one in MSG eventually. We met with his father too, the kid sounds pretty legit.

@JJ, when we get back into the swing of things we’ll have comments on the recruits.

Anyone heading down for the spring game this year? I do have to admit that last year’s game and pre/post festivities were pretty mellow. Hanging with Eric and his posse…dropping my camera in the stadium and watching Lebron at Legends after the game were the highlights.

Bringing the wife and daughter this year…but hopefully the game will turn out to be a BK Whopper.

@Clutch — Unfortunately, I don’t think Eric or I will be making the trip this year for the spring game. Leading the troops with shotguns at Pole 13 will be in your hands.

Sprout on April 9th, 2010 at 9:52 am

At last year’s spring game, Pole 13 consisted of a Kids Fair and Petting Zoo”. I think I can handle it.

I was hoping to get up there, but it looks like I’ll be watching it stream on und.com. At least I’ll stay dry.

Looking forward to another great season, gentlemen!

My ND Usher connection came through again this year. We had 3 completely empty sections all to ourselves for the 1st half of the game. I got to hang over the railing for the tunnel and watch the players come out. It was awesome…and got me a little teary eyed!!!

I want a new show! Its time

billy on June 6th, 2010 at 10:41 pm

We’re doing a rehearsal this week to get back in the swing of things. New shows will start towards the end of August.

Sprout on July 12th, 2010 at 2:18 pm

Hey guys with the Tigers having major injury woes my mind is wandering to the upcoming season, can’t wait for the new shows.
Clutch, Kalamazoo Knights of Columbus is hoping to put together trip to the ND / Western Mich game, we will keep you updated. Anyone with a line on Western tickets please let me know. Brian lead us to the promise land, please.

    K-zoo Ron on July 26th, 2010 at 6:07 am

K-zoo Ron….I actually already have tickets. They had a ton of tickets available from the ND ticket office when they went on sale a month or two ago. You might want to try and give them a call and see if they still have some…it’s worth a shot.
Looks like we’ll be tailgating in the parking lot of the Linebacker. They usually have parking for about 20 or so, but it’s first come-first serve and they’re usually full by 9-9:30am.
I’ve got a buddy whose got some connections with WMU and works for PlazaCorp (downtown.) He’s got a line on some tickets. I’ll ask him how many he can get. I do know they were asking just over face for them though…~$80 a piece I think.
I was at our gold outing a few weeks ago and some guy told me to “..watch out for Western. We KNOW Brian Kelly. It’s going to be a close game.” Inside I was laughing hysterically.

@Sprout: I read your last post and though “Rehearsal?” then remembered you’re not in Chi-town with Eric anymore. I’m interested in seeing how you guys get this to work. Mannix and I have tossed around ideas on how we could do a beer review show with us being in different locations.

It will be interesting to see.

    Go Irish!!!!
