Can’t wait for the first show guys…those of us here in Jersey are tired of the summer BS like Snookie and the Situation, the Yankees and the rest of that shiz. I want football season now damn it. Here’s hoping Mark May gets one right (even a broken clock is right twice a day, as my Dad used to say) and the Irish put up 10 wins this season.

Collin Cowherd is an idiot! He is comparing ND’s T.V. deal with Boise States T.V. deal and says it is as good as ND’s deal? Says ND is no longer significant, will never return to glory. This guy needs to grow a brain! Otherwise, he is on the air now (10:40 a.m. e.s.t. 8/19/10) just trashing ND.

you damn right there is pressure. we demand excellence. game plan, research, prepare, deliever. there are freshman subway sites all over the place biting to take your spot. they dont care about your one season of greatness, they only care about taking your starting spot. you pull a hammy, have a bad game, give up a TD, and you will riding the bench asking yourself how some 18 old from Utah took your starting spot.

@Clutch – Did stop at the ACC last week and picked up a batch of Western tickets, Utah and Tulsa tickets still available (not sure it is the economy or shape of the team, but I don’t ever remember being able to walk in and get tickets) o well. Here’s hoping that Kelly will put the team in a position that won’t occur again. Boy just thinking that both Screw of M. and USC will be on probation this year has me giddy. Christmas arrives in 17 days boys, go Irish.

hey guys i am stoked about the season coming up and have been checking the website…sadly i’ll be missing alot of games this year since i am currently in Iraq but yalls site isnt’t blocked in my shop so i’m checking in for a new episodes and hope to see something about expectations for this year…i’m feelin 9-3 is reachable and would be a good start…also i had a bet with a buddy here who is a miami fan that we could write our head coaches and i will get a reply first so i’ll let yall know if i hear anything from coach kelly….GO IRISH!!!!!!

Y’all are really chomping at the bit this year. I feel like we have more pressure to deliver than Kelly does. First full episode won’t be up til game week, so Sept. 1st.

@Clutch — I’ll be at the Michigan game as well. Most likely the only one for me. Will possibly head down to USC as well…but no others in South Bend.

@Clutch: I don’t have tickets for anything yet, but I’m going over for the Michigan game for sure and would like to head over for a few others but nothing is set in stone yet. I’ll have a better idea in the next couple weeks. I WON’T be there for Purdue opening weekend, this much I know.

I just got word that there are still tickets available for the WMU, Tulsa and Utah home games.

@Kzoo Ron…you better get on it!!!! Let me know if you’re going to make it down. My brother and I traditionally hit the Linebacker @ 9am on game day for a pre-game “beverage”. You’re welcome to join us.
