Ok Ok Ok- I’ve finally took the time to sit down and watch the hockey episode and as Eric’s best friend, and what seems to be the source of all hockey knowledge brought to this show, I want to become the Don Cherry of the Subway Alumni Show. Yo Sprout and Eric I watch your show every week. I am a HUGE Notre Dame fan in Pa also. Im thinking they are going to have a very good season this year. Im saying Bcs bowl if not gator for sure. you shouldn’t be ashamed to call mighty ducks one of the best trilogies ever. it’s DR’s favorite too. i have a canadian roommate freshmen year who played hockey. he was 21. the first time i went into my dorm room with my parents, he was sleeping naked. it was a great welcome to college moment.

What other college team was ND’s coach, Jeff Jackson, the head coach of from 1990-1996?

He was the coach of the 51st state of the union, Lake Superior. The only other college team Jeff Jackson has been a head coach at was Lake Superior St. On top of that, he lead Lake St. to two national titles.

Great show though If you need a player, I’ll play tonight. I can borrow Kuck’s rollerblades. He has like 5 pair.

Oh yea, and Gordon Bombay did win the Oscar for best actor for three straight years. On top of that, Charlie Conway won three straight Best Supporting Actor Oscars, and won something for Dawson’s Creek.

we have tied 3 times, and we have won all of our 3 of our shoot outs, they only mean something in conference play as the CCHA is the only conference that does it. The shootout was introduced this season.

i do not know the number of times we went to over time, but i do have a hunch that we won them all, or tied and then went to the shootout and won that.

And I agree, Icing is by far the most confusing rule in sports. But Icing on cupcakes is delicious.
